• To receive and review startup submissions
• To internally evaluate and summarize pitch materials
• To share submissions with vetted venture capital investors (with your consent)

3. How We Share Information

With investors

If you consent during submission, we share your pitch materials and related information with a network of vetted deeptech venture capital investors. Interested investors contact founders directly.

Participating investors are required to treat submitted materials as confidential. However, once information is shared with third parties, we cannot guarantee their actions, and we disclaim responsibility for any unauthorized use or disclosure by investors.

With service providers

We use third-party tools and providers (including Webflow, Airtable, analytics providers, and hosting services) to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

4. Data Retention

We retain submission data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, facilitate investor review, enforce submission rules, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect submitted information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
